What is the condition of our products?
All our products are new and come with their original packaging. The exception is our used products marked "USED" in the product title. All products offered by Flo'Kaze are official.
What is the origin of our products?
All our products are imported from Japan. The same applies to most of our used items.
What is the size of the figurine?
Each product contains a description that includes its size in cm.

What payment methods do you accept?
To facilitate your purchases, we accept several payment methods. We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, all our payment methods comply with the PCI data security standard. In addition, transactions are protected by SSL encryption.
Can I pay in installments?
It is currently not possible to pay in installments.
đ Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Order preparation and shipping take between 2 and 4 business days. Delivery time depends on the selected carrier and the destination country (3 to 5 business days on average).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to several countries in Europe.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order from the "Orders" interface of your account. In addition, the order tracking number will be communicated to you by email and/or phone.
